Background

As vacant land suitable for new development continues to diminish, the importance of maximising the sustainable use of available space has become a critical focus, particularly for site subdivisions. In response to this challenge, Tectonic has been actively involved in providing comprehensive wastewater feasibility assessments to support development applications for a wide range of projects. These assessments cover both small and large rural and residential subdivisions across South East Queensland.

By ensuring efficient wastewater management, Tectonic helps to promote sustainable development practices that are essential for optimising land use in an increasingly constrained environment.

Scope

To provide viable wastewater treatment and disposal options for a broad range of site conditions and proposed layouts, in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, local and state planning police and legislation.

Feasibility reports are prepared featuring a conceptual wastewater design and layout, with illustrated plan demonstrating adequate setbacks to relevant site features.

We pride ourselves in working closely with project planners to deliver a positive, practical and economic outcomes.

Challenges
