Tectonic have provided assessment of ASS hazard and provision of ASS management advice and formal project management documentation for a multi-storey residential unit complex with sub-level basement carpark, located near the Maroochy River. Significant project limitations and risk to local waterways and groundwater were overcome by effective planning and management of soil and groundwater conditions, completed within a densely populated area.
