Ongoing for more than 10 years, this master planned residential development includes millions of cubic metres of earthworks involving acid sulfate soil disturbance for canal, waterway and residential estate development. Tectonic staff have provided specialist acid sulfate soil consulting services, including environmental hazard assessments, planning and management advice, formal project management documentation for soil and water management, and provided treatment guidance and verification testing services.Â
Ongoing monitoring of groundwater and surface water conditions has been undertaken to develop baseline parameters and to assess ongoing environmental impact monitoring for acid sulfate soil related impacts to local waterways and the Pumicestone Passage.
