Provision of an onsite wastewater treatment and disposal assessment for an eight-lot residential subdivision in an area not serviced by reticulated water or sewerage.
Significant project limitations such as sloping land, and setbacks to drainage alignments were overcome by effective planning and management based on assessment of soil and groundwater conditions. Additional assessment of geotechnical constraints to site subdivision and slope stability were also assessed by our multi-skilled team.
Wastewater was able to be effectively managed by conventional household wastewater treatment systems, in accordance with local government regulation, remaining below the defined trigger for an environmentally relevant activity (ERA).
